Staff Product Manager

Superside seeks a Staff Product Manager to oversee Superspace, its main platform serving customers and internal creative teams. The role involves leading Superside's largest product pod and shaping the future of how customers, creatives, and AI work together.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for Superspace while balancing customer value, business impact, and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams including designers and engineers.
• Partner with Operations and Services to enhance workflows.
• Define Superspace's approach for multiple user segments.
• Create cohesive experiences across product teams.
• Build AI-native workflows integrating human expertise and AI agents.
• Establish prioritization frameworks.
• Prototype and validate product concepts.
• Drive adoption and engagement metrics.
• Influence strategy alongside senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management; 4+ years at Senior or Staff level.
• Complex B2B, platform, marketplace, or AI product experience.
• Demonstrated ability delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Deep curiosity about AI and hands-on experience working with AI-powered products.
• Multi-stakeholder management capabilities.
• Technical acumen discussing architecture and implementation trade-offs.
• Data-driven decision-making experience.
