Data Analyst at Peakflo

Responsibilities

Examine business workflows, identify data quality gaps, and pinpoint operational inefficiencies to drive improvements.
Engineer scalable solutions targeting recurring operational problems.
Build Python and SQL-based automation for workflows, data transformations, and reporting systems.
Develop dashboards, monitoring frameworks, and comprehensive reporting infrastructure.
Work with product, engineering, and operations teams to establish specifications and execute implementations.
Execute root cause investigations and communicate findings with strategic recommendations.
Optimize existing automation frameworks and data pipelines for increased scalability.
Provide transparent documentation of processes and solutions for organizational stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Approximately 1 year of professional experience in analytics, automation, or operational data roles.
Demonstrated expertise building and deploying cursor-based agents (or comparable tools) with MCP server integration.
Strong Python capabilities, particularly for data handling, automation, and API integration.
Solid SQL competency including complex operations and query optimization.
Logical problem-solving ability with analytical depth.
Capacity to architect extensible solutions rather than temporary patches.
Skill translating unclear specifications into logical workflows.
Strong interpersonal and documentation abilities.
Detail-oriented with an action-oriented mindset.
Cross-functional collaboration and multitasking proficiency.
Git version control familiarity.
