IT Systems Engineer

This role focuses on evolving IT infrastructure with a focus on deliverability, identity & access management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve automation and integration challenges across teams and business processes.
• Design and maintain automations addressing identity management, endpoint management, security, compliance, and email deliverability.
• Participate in cross-organizational infrastructure projects emphasizing infrastructure-as-code.
• Promote automation adoption through education and enablement.
• Evaluate emerging tools and beta features to optimize operations.
• Drive IT incident response coordination.
• Integrate AI tools and automate infrastructure via platforms like Tines and Workato.

Core Requirements

• Passion for systems and automation.
• 3-5 years of systems engineering experience.
• Good knowledge of high-level programming languages (Ruby, Python, Perl).
• Cloud systems experience. Primary infrastructure includes AWS, Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, Intune, Tines, and Workato.

Nice to Have: NetSuite ERP and billing system integration experience.

Compensation: $142,000–$162,000 base (San Francisco Bay Area), plus equity, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, unlimited Claude Code access, flexible PTO, parental leave, 401(k) matching, and equipment flexibility.
